Among the items available for online bidding are the winning pieces from Soroptimist International of Billings Young Artist Program. This program was developed to encourage & honor young artists throughout Yellowstone County. Winners have the opportunity to display their work at Yellowstone Art Museum, at A Night of Wine and Roses, and other local art galleries. A cash prize is awarded to each winner, along with the opportunity to win a scholarship towards continuing their education at the college level.
